Semi-Private Appointments

**ONLY AVAILABLE TO CURRENT MEMBERS with a qualifying plan who have completed our orientation and health/fitness assessment. Semi Private coaching is a very effective option for anyone who has a specific training goals, needs a flexible schedule, or has health limitations/recent injuries. This option allows everyone to be coached on customized programs to meet their needs every session in a small group of 2-4 others in most sessions. This style of training has been proven effective in the fitness industry. It provides a great balance of lower cost compared to one on one personal training, personalized programs, small group synergy, effective coaching, and great results! This allows for a win win for everyone and creates a great value.






Movement Orientation Purchase required to enroll

This "Movement Orientation" is designed to be taken place after our FREE Intro Assessment.

Based off the results of your Functional Movement Screen, we can move forward with either a comprehensive fitness assessment and coaching of basic movement patterns we employ at Empowered Strength, or, if necessary, spend this session bringing your movement capabilities to a more functional and adequate baseline.

Our Movement Orientation is a requirement for all new members to take part in before beginning any programs at Empowered Strength.

Classes

Kettlebolic Interval Training

Fast paced kettlebell, body weight and functional fitness based interval fat burning and conditioning class. Class sizes range from 6-10 participants to keep the energy high, while providing the proper learning environment and structure to maximize the overall effectiveness for each individual. Each class is designed with a specific purpose and structure with progressions and regressions to challenge everyone based on their current fitness and function levels. StrongFit

Strength training fundamentals and progressions done the StrongFirst "hardstyle" way. Class sizes range from 6-10 participants to keep the energy high, while providing the proper learning environment and structure to maximize the overall effectiveness for each individual. Each class is designed with a specific purpose and structure with progressions and regressions to challenge everyone based on their current fitness and function levels.
